Thumbs Up Plumbing Voucher Disclaimer

General Use
Vouchers are issued by Thumbs Up Plumbing and are valid for use toward plumbing services only.
By using a voucher, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.

Validity & Expiry
This voucher is valid until October 31, 2025.
Expired vouchers will not be honored, and extensions are not permitted.

Eligibility
This voucher is for new clients only and cannot be redeemed by existing or past clients.
A new client is defined as someone who has never booked a service with Thumbs Up Plumbing.

Redemption
Vouchers must be presented at the time of booking.
They cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or offers unless otherwise specified.
Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Restrictions
Vouchers are non-transferable and may only be used by the original recipient.
Vouchers cannot be used towards evaluation fees or emergency dispatch fees.
Not valid for use on parts-only purchases or materials unless explicitly stated.
Cannot be used to cover taxes or past due balances.

Lost or Stolen Vouchers
Thumbs Up Plumbing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.
Replacement vouchers will not be issued.

Refunds & Cancellations
If a service booked using a voucher is canceled by the client, the voucher may be forfeited.
No refunds will be given on any unused portion of a voucher.

Modification & Termination
Thumbs Up Plumbing reserves the right to modify or terminate voucher programs at any time without prior notice.
