By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Website Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Services.

  1. Fees and Services
     Some Services may require payment, which will be disclosed before purchase. Fees are in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing, introduce new services, or offer promotions, which will be communicated through the Website.

If you fail to pay fees when due, we may limit or suspend your access to paid Services and take further collection actions if necessary.

     THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You assume all risks associated with using the Website and any downloaded content.

  1. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable to you or any user for any use or misuse of the Services. Despite the previous paragraph, if we are found to be liable, our liability to you or any third party (whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise) is limited to the greater of (a) the total fees you pay to us in the 12 months prior to the action giving rise to liability, or (b) $100 US dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of warranties or exclusion of damages, so the disclaimers in the preceding section and the above limitations and exclusions of liability may not apply to you.

  1. Indemnification
     You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Thumbs Up Plumbing, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
  2. Security and Data Protection
     We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password.
  3. Changes to the Terms
     We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will take effect either when you next use the Services or after 30 days, whichever is sooner. If you do not agree with the changes, you must discontinue use of the Services.
  4. Feedback
     Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback you provide regarding the Services become our property, and we may use them without restriction or compensation.
  5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
     These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes must be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Providence County, Rhode Island, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Thumbs Up Plumbing Voucher Disclaimer

General Use
Vouchers are issued by Thumbs Up Plumbing and are valid for use toward plumbing services only.
By using a voucher, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.

Validity & Expiry
This voucher is valid until October 31, 2025.
Expired vouchers will not be honored, and extensions are not permitted.

Eligibility
This voucher is for new clients only and cannot be redeemed by existing or past clients.
A new client is defined as someone who has never booked a service with Thumbs Up Plumbing.

Redemption
Vouchers must be presented at the time of booking.
They cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or offers unless otherwise specified.
Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Restrictions
Vouchers are non-transferable and may only be used by the original recipient.
Vouchers cannot be used towards evaluation fees or emergency dispatch fees.
Not valid for use on parts-only purchases or materials unless explicitly stated.
Cannot be used to cover taxes or past due balances.

Lost or Stolen Vouchers
Thumbs Up Plumbing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.
Replacement vouchers will not be issued.

Refunds & Cancellations
If a service booked using a voucher is canceled by the client, the voucher may be forfeited.
No refunds will be given on any unused portion of a voucher.

Modification & Termination
Thumbs Up Plumbing reserves the right to modify or terminate voucher programs at any time without prior notice.

Vouchers are subject to Rhode Island laws and regulations.
